Örreke organises walks in the historic Tallinn Old Town for adults and children.
The children’s adventure, including a studio visit, lasts 90 minutes in total. The adventure starts in front of Örreke’s studio, Kuninga tn 1 and ends there. During the walk, you will be told about everything that matters – why Tallinn is stagnating, where the Mummy lived, what happened to the builder of the Oleviste church tower and how long a citizen’s shoe could be. After the walk, we’ll do a little quiz in the studio to consolidate what we’ve talked about, we’ll fold fairy-tale characters and have a snack. The price is €190, which includes a guided tour and studio visit for up to 20 children and 2 accompanying adults. The fee for each additional participant is €7.
The walk can be combined with a fisherman’s birthday party in Örreke’s Old Town Studio and some of our workshops.
The tours of the Old Town for adults are conducted in combination with the Rang tours, during 90 minutes we will get to know fascinating places and stories about the origins of Tallinn and the life of the people of Tallinn through the centuries. We start the walk from the Örreke’s Old Town Museum on Kuninga Street. We start with a tour of our studio, where you can get hands-on experience of 600-year-old limestone walls and timber structures. After the tour, you can exchange impressions in the studio, enjoy a warm cup of tea or coffee and spend time together in the Örreke workshop. We tailor-make the tour package (walking tour, workshop, catering) according to the client’s wishes and expectations.
