Detailed description of the workshop

Arabic food culture is immensely fascinating and rich. You can discover a wonderful part of it in the kitchen of Örreke. Together with a Syrian chef, we’ll take you on a journey through Arabic coffee and tea drinking culture, prepare sweets together or mix up a nutritious and delicious salad. We’ll predict the future with coffee grounds and learn a bit about Arabic culture. Come with us and experience the culinary art of this ancient culture.

Arabic dessert and brewing of coffee or tea, with fortune-telling on request – 90 minutes
Nutritious and delicious salad making workshop (vegan option also available) – 90 minutes
