Detailed description of the workshop

We roll the truffles into candy and decorate them with edible berry flours and decorations.

In the workshop we will talk about the history and origins of chocolate. With senior chocolate makers, we talk about fair trade and the challenges of cocoa production today. At the end of the workshop, we will pack the sweets in a fancy package. Suitable for children from 10. from the age of 12 (for pupils in grade 3).
